Who I Am

I qualified as a yoga teacher latter in life.  I am also an Aromatherapist and a Reflexologist.  Yoga has been in my life over the last 25 years.  Not always in the forefront, but always there.

The older I got and realised my hands would not continue to stand the test of time with the work I was doing, I thought, why not learn how to teach what I love to do - so I did.  I completed my 200 hour Teacher Training in August 2023.

As I am in the autumn of my life, it has inspired me to try & spread the word to others in the same time of life that Yoga can be so beneficial.

I am dedicated to helping individuals in mid to later life discover the joy of movement through the unique fusion of yoga and strength exercise with slow, mindful movement, not just for your body but also your mind. However old you are, or if you have never done any exercise, there is no time like now! 

To build strength, flexibility and a connection between your mind and body is my passion.  This I hope will support  you to live your best life the older you get.  

Helping to prevent falls, increase better balance & keep your mood & experience of life the best it can be. I prioritize fun, relaxation, and overall wellness, guiding clients towards a healthier lifestyle
